Schedule Your Inspection
What does the home inspection process look like? Here's everything you need to know, from scheduling to your final report.
The Process
Schedule an inspection online and wait for your confirmation email. We make booking fast and easy.
Your inspection will be performed by a professional, licensed, and InterNACHI Certified inspector.
We will send your comprehensive inspection report within 24 hours of the inspection.
Whether you are buying, selling, or maintaining your home, Védeni Property Inspections provides professional and quality service from the moment you call us. Our certified home inspectors will walk through your home with you and teach you as much as you want to learn. We strictly follow the Standards of Practice for home inspectors established by InterNACHI, one of the leading home inspection associations.
After we walk through the home together, we will explain the general condition of the home and its systems with you and your agent. We will talk through any major issues that need to be addressed sooner rather than later, and mention items you will want to keep an eye on for deferred maintenance.
All of this will be detailed in our easy-to-read inspection report, delivered in HTML and/or PDF format, with images for reference on every item we discussed.

Full Coverage
The roof is one of the most costly and important structures. We examine the roof structure, shingles/tiles, flashing, gutters, downspouts, and more.
This includes exterior walkways and doors, siding, eaves and soffits, fascia, paint, and other elements of the home's exterior.
We visually inspect the HVAC systems including ducts, filters, furnaces, and air conditioning units.
We visually inspect plumbing fixtures for proper function, tubs, sinks, showers, water shut-off valves, and look for leaks and other flaws.
We visually inspect both interior and exterior electrical systems including service drops, grounding, outlets, meters, circuit breakers, and more.
We test and examine all major appliances like water heaters, washers, dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, freezers, and more.
We check doors and windows for proper sealing and drafts, signs of mold or water damage, and the condition of all interior spaces.
We examine the foundation, crawlspaces, and basements for signs of past water damage, foundation cracking or shifting, and other potentially expensive issues.
We examine the attic to ensure it is properly ventilated, check for mold and moisture, assess the level of insulation, and more.
